These Terms of Service govern your use of Home Convey websites and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Home Convey you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Home Convey offers conveyancing support and home purchase legal guidance in the province of Ontario. Services include document review, title search assistance, preparation of legal forms, and general guidance related to property transfer.

3. Use of the Website

The website homeconvey.best and its content are provided for lawful purposes only. Users agree not to use the site in any way that may harm Home Convey or impair access for others.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable at the time of booking or purchase. Home Convey accepts online payment methods as displayed on the site. Any service not paid in full may be suspended or cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

For conveyancing support and home purchase legal guidance services clients may cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at no extra charge subject to availability. Once a service session has begun Home Convey does not provide refunds due to time and resource allocation.

5.2 Information Products

Information products such as digital guides or e-books are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than one chapter or section has been accessed. Once more content has been accessed no refund is possible. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within ten business days of approval.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods purchased through Home Convey may be returned unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. No refund will be issued for opened or damaged goods.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule any booked service appointment by notifying Home Convey at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. Rescheduling is free of charge and subject to availability.

8. Changes to Terms

Home Convey may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be posted on homeconvey.best and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

10. Effective Date

These Terms of Service are effective as of 2026/01/10.
